2) Registration & Account responsibility-When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. You are responsible for maintaining your account’s confidentiality and all activities under it. LagnaBandh Matrimony will not be responsible for misuse or unauthorized access caused by negligence.
3) Membership & Fees-LagnaBandh Matrimony offers Free and Premium membership plans. Premium members get access to advanced features such as contact viewing, chat, and interest requests. Once activated, membership fees are non-refundable. Plan validity is based on duration or until marriage, whichever occurs first.
4) Profile Verification & Authenticity-LagnaBandh Matrimony verifies basic profile details before activation. Members may be asked to provide ID proof, photo verification, and marital status documents. Providing false or misleading information may result in permanent suspension.
5) Copy Rights & Trademarks-The LagnaBandh Matrimony logo, brand name, and all related materials are the property of LagnaBandh Matrimony. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
6) User Conduct & Communication-Users must treat others with respect. Harassment, offensive messages, or misuse of contact details will result in immediate termination. LagnaBandh Matrimony encourages members to report any unethical or suspicious behavior.
7) Refund & Cancellation Policy-Payments made are non-refundable after activation. In case of duplicate transactions or technical errors, contact our support within 48 hours for resolution.
8) Limitation of Liability-LagnaBandh Matrimony acts solely as an online matchmaking facilitator. We do not guarantee matches, compatibility, or accuracy of user information. The company is not responsible for disputes, damages, or emotional loss arising from member interactions.
9) Termination of Membership-LagnaBandh Matrimony reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms without refund. Members can request voluntary account deletion by contacting customer support.
10) Privacy & Data Protection-Your data is protected under our Privacy Policy. By using LagnaBandh Matrimony, you consent to our data collection and processing practices.
11) Governing & Law Jurisdiction-These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.
